Hull City will be challenged for top spot on Tuesday night, when they take on Ipswich Town at Portman Road in League One.

The Tigers travelled to Stadium MK at the weekend, beating MK Dons 3-1.

Josh Magennis grabbed a brace before James Scott added a third late into the game to send the Tigers top of the table.

Opponents, Ipswich Town, won 2-1 in their last fixture, beating Shrewsbury Town after Jack Lankester scored in the 97th minute.

The Tractor Boys went a goal behind early on but equalised in the second half through an Ethan Ebanks-Landell own goal.

Hull have won each of their last five away league games against Ipswich, conceding just one goal in that run.

Against no side have the Tigers have ever won six consecutive away league games before.

In the Championship, Huddersfield Town travel to early season strugglers, Wycombe Wanderers.

Terriers boss, Carlos Corberan.

The Terriers were on the wrong side of a seven-goal thriller on Saturday, losing 4-3 to Stoke City despite goals from Carel Eiting, Isaac Mbenza and Naby Sarr.

Despite being in the bottom three, Wycombe did manage to earn a point against Brentford last time out, drawing 0-0.

Wycombe and Huddersfield Town have not met in a league match since January 2012, when the Terriers won 6-0 at Adams Park with Jordan Rhodes scoring five times.

Huddersfield are unbeaten in eight league matches against Wycombe Wanderers (W6 D2), scoring 23 times and conceding just four.

Hayden Coulson, who gave away the penalty, looked gutted after the game.

Also, in the Championship, Middlesbrough host bottom of the table Derby County at the Riverside Stadium on Wednesday night.

Boro’s unbeaten run came to an end at the weekend, after losing 1-0 to Norwich City thanks to a Teemu Pukki penalty.

Derby County also lost 1-0 on Saturday to Bristol City, thanks to a goal scored by Famara Diedhiou.

Middlesbrough boss Neil Warnock has only won one of his last 11 league meetings with Derby County (D6 L4), a 4-3 victory at Pride Park as Cardiff manager in February 2017.

Bradford City and Harrogate Town are on the road again on Tuesday, facing Leyton Orient and Mansfield Town, respectively.

The Bantams travelled to Salford City on Saturday, losing 3-0, with goals from Luke Burgess (twice) and Ian Henderson.

Opponents, Leyton Orient, won 3-0 on Saturday, against West Yorkshire rivals Harrogate, with Danny Johnson grabbing all three goals.

Bradford are unbeaten in their last five away league games at Leyton Orient (W3 D2), conceding just one goal in this spell, but have only won one of their last 17 away league games (D6 L10), a 3-1 win at Mansfield in October.

As mentioned, Harrogate Town had a torrid time in their last match, losing 3-0 to Orient.

Mansfield Town were victims of a late goal, as they drew 1-1 at home to Colchester United.

Nicky Maynard put the Stags a goal up midway through the second half, but Luke Norris grabbed an equaliser with just five minutes left.

This will be the first ever competitive meeting between Mansfield Town and Harrogate Town.
